Hi Tim here with my day 51 ketogenic diet update.
Weight loss charting 101 and myth busting time today.
I am down .4Kg (8/10’s of one pound) today. That brings my total weight loss to 10.5 Kg (23 1/10 of a pound) since I started.
I wanted to discuss how your weight loss evens out over a week period whereas its often possible to gain weight in the short term with Keto.
I show my results on a week to week basis via a chart today to explain this. Good news if you are worried about weight gain or plateau!
The myth to busy today is where people (even Doctors) come up and say “oh low carb diet is not healthy because you go into Ketosis)”.
I explain why this is NOT a problem and is in fact healthy in todays video and talk about ketoacidosis, which is a completely different thing and is where people get confused.
