Tim here with my day 46 update. In this video I expose another myth where supposedly saturated fat was a contributor to heart disease.

In other words if you were on a low carb diet (high in fat) you were at increased risk of heart disease.

Not only is there not one scientific study in the world that can show that, but there are studies that actually show the reverse!

That a low carb diet is healthier for your body.

Want proof? Try this resources.

And this one.

And finally,

Myth busted!!

Weight loss today – .1Kg loss (about 2/10’s of one pound). Total weight loss to date is 9.4Kg – 20 and 7/10’s of a pound.

Hope you enjoy the video and see you tomorrow.
