Weight Journal – Day 5

Weight was UP .6Kgs today when I got on the scale this morning (about 1 and a half pounds). No real surprises as I pigged out last night – See yesterdays food posting.
You eat crap you pay for it, pure and simple.
Back into it today and aiming to undo the damage today and be back to where I was tomorrow!
Current weight now 196.5 pounds (89.1Kg), and my weight loss since starting this revised eating plan is 1.3Kgs (just over 2.5 pounds).
No point worrying about it, I fell off the bike and got a bit scratched up – Time to put the band-aid on and get back on the bike and not to bother whinging about it. It’s one day (one piggout session and I’ll be damned if I am going to let this stop me from reaching my goal of 78Kgs!!
