Low Carb Diet Update – Day 28 Podcast
Tim here with my day 28 keto diet update.
My weight is down .7Kg (1.5 pounds) today. Bringing total weight loss to 6.6 Kgs (14 1/2 pounds) since I started.
Yes I am happy that the weight gain from two days ago has been well and truly erased!
I have a few things to discuss today, one is possible reasons for the weight gain (outside of the fact that it is relatively normal to loss, gain and plateau at various stages whilst following a ketogenic diet.
I also discuss how a calorie is not necessarily a calorie, or rather the impact some might have.
