Here is a summary of my new keto diet plan.

As mentioned, here is a list of resources. Please be sure to watch these to understand more fully what the ketogenic diet is all about, but also to get the science of it as well.

This is NOT a fad, but a medically proven diet that will work. Don’t believe me? Read/watch the research below.

Start with this 3 minute video. This should get you thinking.
