Exercise – Day 5

Kettlebell training this morning
1 x 55 rep of 16Kg Kettlebell (Good!) and 1 x 15 rep.
1 x 13 reps of left arm and 1 x 13 reps of right.
Went long without a break today but overall less reps – Arms a little sore when done.
Only doing Kettlebell every second day – Will keep at it !!
Some xbox kinect cardio later in the day in my current plan…
Pity I can’t find an XBox player for Kinect Sports 2 – Anytime I try to find a player no one seems to be wanting to play at that time !
