Day 55 – Low Carb Means No Carb? Podcast
Tim here with day 55 and I am happy to report a weight reduction of .4Kg (about 9/10’s of a pound).
Total weight loss now 10.2Kg (22 an 5/10’s of a pound).
In todays video I talk about another low carb myth – That low carbs means NO carbs.
This is something that virtually no low carb diet advocates (certainly I have nothing to confirm it) yet many people suggest that is what the eating lifestyle is all about.
