Day 46 – Myth 2 Busted – Saturated Fat Causes Heart Disease? Podcast
Tim here with my day 46 update. In this video I expose another myth where supposedly saturated fat was a contributor to heart disease.
In other words if you were on a low carb diet (high in fat) you were at increased risk of heart disease.
Turns out that is a complete MYTH.
Not only is there not one scientific study in the world that can show that, but there are studies that actually show the reverse!
That a low carb diet is healthier for your body.
