Day 36 – What To Do If Keto Is Not Working Podcast
Tim here with my day 36 video. I lost a further .3Kg (6/10’s of a pound) since yesterdays weigh in, and that brings my total weight loss since starting to 8Kgs (17 and 6/10’s of a pound).
In todays video I talk about what to do with you are not losing weight with Keto.
There can be a number of factors causing this, including:
1. Not eating enough.
2. Eating too much.
3. Obvious things like cheating, having too many carbs, etc.
4. Maybe you are shrinking (measurements) and not on the scale – It does happen.
And of course there are other factors.
