Hello everyone,

My Keto journey continues with a .4 Kg weight loss today (about 9/10’s of a pound).

Total weight loss to date: 5.9Kg (13 pounds).

After yesterdays scare (weight gain of .7Kg – 1.5 pounds) I was pleased to see the reduction kick in.

In this video I talk more about myfitnesspal.com which I am really going to suggest you look into.

Here is a video I created that shows you how to sign up and configure that website for Keto users.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=npPPL…

I really wish now that I had been using this since day 1, so if you are reading this I suggest you watch the video above and sign up immediately to my fitness pro and get cracking.

It’s great having that level of control on exactly what you are eating and of course the calories consumed and your macro’s. e.g. Fat, Carbs and protein.

Highly recommended!
