Day 27 Low Carb Diet Update Podcast
My Keto journey continues with a .4 Kg weight loss today (about 9/10’s of a pound).
Total weight loss to date: 5.9Kg (13 pounds).
After yesterdays scare (weight gain of .7Kg – 1.5 pounds) I was pleased to see the reduction kick in.
In this video I talk more about myfitnesspal.com which I am really going to suggest you look into.

It’s great having that level of control on exactly what you are eating and of course the calories consumed and your macro’s. e.g. Fat, Carbs and protein.
